NMPA’s Annual Celebration of the American Songwriter
NMPA's Annual Celebration of the American Songwriter was a huge hit on a beautiful night in Washington, D.C. Grace Jones opened for Lady Antebellum who spoke about what songwriting has meant to them. Members of the band were honored with NMPA's Songwriter Icon Award and performed several iconic songs. Lawmakers, Congressional staff and industry executives were in attendance and heard about the challenges songwriters face in the Digital Age. Photos from the event are below:
