Jodi Esposito

Jodi Esposito serves as vice president of external affairs at NMPA where she leads the Gold and Platinum Program and the S.O.N.G.S. Foundation.

With a robust background in marketing, Jodi brings a wealth of experience in fundraising, event coordination, and strategic growth and engagement. Before joining NMPA, she served as senior director of business engagement and growth at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Legal Reform. In this role, she managed several high-profile initiatives, including website development, event planning, message testing, and member engagement strategies.

Earlier in her career, Jodi worked at the Copyright Alliance, where she played a key role in advancing advocacy efforts within the creator community. She organized numerous events on Capitol Hill and contributed to the successful passage of pivotal legislative measures, including the Music Modernization Act (MMA) and the CASE Act, both of which protect the rights of creators.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Jodi is an active volunteer with Cake 4 Kids Northern Virginia, where she bakes birthday cakes for children in underserved communities and serves on the leadership team organizing fundraising events.
